We're a passionate organization
Association Al Karam was founded in 2021 in Casablanca, Morocco.
Al Karam is a non-profit association dedicated to supporting and facilitating the professional and social integration of graduates from the hotel welcome centers. Our mission is to create opportunities for these individuals to acquire skills in the hotel industry, find employment, and reintegrate into society as active, self-sufficient members.

Our aim is to open up avenues for graduates of the reception centers to develop their skills in the hotel industry, gain access to employment, and reintegrate into society as committed, independent participants, thus offering them a brighter future.
